In early 2023, we drafted a five-year plan (which will ultimately take 10-12 years to accomplish – they always do) to grow our premier personal injury and civil rights litigation firm beyond Westchester and expand into the Hudson Valley and northern New York City.

A Unique Approach:

The best way to describe their approach is to tell you who they are not.  They are non-salesmen.  These guys are not the slick, slippery pitchmen you encounter every day (that is: make the pitch, overpromise to close the deal, but as soon as you sign the contract, you are dead to them as they quickly move on to the next sale.  Then, later on, if any issues arise – unlike the intense personal attention you received before you sign the contract, now they tell you to call the customer service team in the Philippines).  This is not the Trial Guides method.  They prefer the old-fashioned approach to business:  honesty, integrity, and build trust for the long term.  They know that success for a specialty business takes time, a constant attention to the details, and commitment to stay on task until successful completion.  

My law practice requires me, on a regular basis, to take my case to trial in front of a pool of jurors.  Here, in Westchester, jurors are known for two things: having high levels of education and intelligence; and having a skepticism of plaintiff’s personal injury cases.  It is a well known fact that Westchester’s jury pools are among the most conservative in the nation.

The highly educated jurors who make up the usual Westchester jury have no patience for the plaintiff’s lawyer who presents the case to them like a slippery pitchman.  It never works.  Jurors find it offensive, not endearing.  Our law firm succeeds because we give Westchester jurors exactly what they want: a straightforward presentation of the facts, all of the facts, both good and bad, without any smoke and mirrors.  And we place our trust in the jurors to do the right thing.

It is hard work and it takes a lot of time to gather all the necessary facts and to identify the most advantageous legal jurisprudence to win a case.  There are no shortcuts.  But we know from experience that presenting a case honestly builds trust with the jury and provides the best chance of success.  

At our law firm, we have all adopted the mindset of the Westchester juror.  Hard work and honest presentation infuse our work every single day.  We demand the same from our vendors.  We know that short cuts, at best, create only short-term results, but ultimately prove very costly.  We demand from ourselves and from our vendors the extra effort that maximizes long term success.  The digital marketing team from Trial Guides gives us all that, and plenty more.  Over the course of the last eighteen months, Trial Guides has over-delivered on their promises and commitments.
